My Name is Samantha. I am the founder of YOUniversal Yoga: A Yoga School/Studio located at the heart of Coral Springs, Florida USA. I’ve been blessed to share the practice of yoga, teaching Yoga and life-coaching for 20 years.
I’m both an ERYT-Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance as well as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), which acknowledges my participation as writer and Lead Teacher in the completion of a 200hr + Yoga Teacher Training Programs, successfully certifying several Yoga teachers-some, whom currently teach yoga at YOUniversal Yoga.
I love to teach a heated – fun and inspiring Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) Class coupled with dynamic energy-work to an eclectic soundtrack. I continue to practice and keep up my certifications and affiliation with Access Consciousness (for the past 20 years) as a certified Bars Class Facilitator (a type of energy work) that empowers people to live a life they love.
When I’m not on the Yoga mat, I’m writing, creating, and mostly “momming” 2 amazing kids, parenting with my loving husband in the South Florida Area.

Q: What is your average class size?
Each Teacher Training may vary in class size and generally kept to about 10 students In Studio … allowing students to receive even more attention
Q: Don’t want to be a teacher, can I still take the training?
Yes, many of our students take the trainings just to deepen their practice. In fact, it’s the perfect way to do so. Also, this training is known to spark your desire to know more about a particular style or aspect of yoga as well guide you into creating different daily choices.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, training can be broken into payments of as little as $275 every week until the full amount is reached.
Q: Are there age restrictions for the trainings?
You must be at least 18 years old to take the training. There is no maximum age.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
*A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. If for some reason you cannot attend the training, you can apply your deposit to *a future training or course with YOUniversal Yoga.
*If for some reason you choose to leave the training early, at any time between the training dates, any additional costs incurred (except for the $200) will be refunded to you. In this case, you will be required to return your YTT manual to YOUniversal Yoga and Lead Teacher before YY will refund those additional payments.
