Online Yoga Classes
60-75 minutes
This class typically involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually about minutes of Standing yoga poses, Breathing, and a closing meditation.

This class will be live streamed, using ZOOM from YOUniversal Yoga!
Steps to Join us for Online Yoga Classes:
- BOOK/Sign up for the class, on the schedule page.
Upon registration (once you’ve booked the class), you will be emailed a link to join your class on Zoom.
- ***Must create a (option for FREE) zoom account prior to class or download the Zoom app if using your Phone or Tablet.
- Check your email and Click the Link to your Online Yoga class with us a few minutes before the class!
For the “ONLINE Yoga Flow Class” – We highly recommend this class for yoga practitioners with at least 6 months experience.
Why? Due to the online live streamed platform, teachers may not be able to give you the personal attention and awareness that an IN STUDIO/in person class offers.
A decent inclination may be-that Once You know the names of the poses/Asanas, you could still receive the benefits of being led or guided through a class ONLINE.
IF Beginners do choose to practice with us in this ONLINE platform, they are encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving onto the more complex pose Variations.
PLEASE NOTE: (for ONLINE classes), you may not hear the music we play over zoom. A nice option is have your playlist ready or email or message the teacher in advanced to share their playlist prior to class start time.
